SNAP Photography Festival in Fforest, Cardigan

Woah, so I don't really know where to begin with this. Before choosing to buy my ticket and heading to SNAP I had read some reviews and blogs from people who attended last year. I am not going to lie, I did wonder how a workshop (albeit a residential week long one) could rock people's worlds in a way that people were describing. I've been to Fforest wedding venue before when I shot a wedding there for my beautiful friend Wendy, so I knew what to expect in terms of accommodation and food (answer hint: INCREDIBLE)

The week was brilliant - intense but brilliant. Although I'm a pretty emotional people, there was only one point I welled up (Kevin Mullins I'm looking at your with your glorious family slideshow) however afterwards it's been a rollercoaster of emotional! It's been a funny few weeks finding my feet again after a week of camping with a bunch of wedding photographers but I'm really trying to apply everything I learned to my business and smash the hell out of 2016. For now, I'm living by this mantra:

"I am learning everyday to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be, to inspire me and not terrify me" Tracee Ellis Ross

If you've seen my latest work you'll know I've been delving into the filming world too - so here's my little take on the week in video (turn on the HD button!)
