Phang Nga, 2025

From the moment we drove out of Phuket and into the glorious province we wished we had more time here. Sleepy towns full of the friendliest people and most luscious landscapes, empty roads and we just felt we could BREATHE!
We stayed in Thai Meuang - a beautiful seaside town which is famous of helping rescue turtles, nurturing them and then releasing them back into the wild once a year at their Turtle Festival.
Highlights:
Canoing the mangroves with the Ban Tha Din Community
Sea turtle conservation centre
Empty stretches of beaches in their coastal national park
Ta Teang Swimming Basin
Ton Phrai Waterfall
Snorkelling trip to the Surin Islands
