Woo! Kicking off snap & chat season with some London engagement shoot photography on the blog today. I have been so excited to meet Jen & Matt since they booked me last year for their May wedding and we did so on a beautifully sunny day in London.

Kensington Engagement Shoot

We met up in Lido in the middle of Hyde Park (I saw a few people actually taking a dip - madness!) for a coffee and lots of nattering before we perused the beauty of Hyde Park. These guys live in Oxford but love spending time in London and have been to a few events at the Royal Albert Hall (above) so we headed there to get some shots that had a bit of meaning behind them as well. After that we walked up through Bayswater admiring all the insanely massive buildings along Kensington Gardens street and finished just near the tube spot. I got such a sweet text after from Jen saying how much more comfortable they feel now about the photographs, which is of course the whole aim!
